Complete Documentation of Residential and commercial property
Digital and Video content of your property
A home or business inventory will offer homeowners and business owners protection and peace of mind by providing a detailed record of their personal property to maximize & simplify insurance claims. When you make an insurance claim for damaged, lost, or stolen property, your insurance policy will require you to show the quantity, description, and possibly the amount of loss associated with each item. You may also be asked to provide copies of bills, receipts, or other documentation to support your figures. If you omit some items or fail to include an adequate description of others, you may receive less than full compensation for your losses. Relying solely on your memory can be an expensive mistake
Insurance companies, agents and financial advisers strongly recommend thorough documentation of property to ensure your family’s financial protection. If you check your insurance policy, you will see that if you file an insurance claim you are required to provide a detailed list of the damaged personal property along with attached receipts. In a fire, flood, burglary, or other disaster, will you be able to remember everything you own when the insurance company asks you for a detailed list of the damaged property?
The process - The on-site process of our service is coming to your home, identifying all of your property in written records, completely video taping the inside and outside of your home and property, and taking digital pictures of your property including close-ups of non-standard items. When we complete the on-site portion, we return to our office and process the information.
